The purpose of this channel is twofold: on the one hand, to enable the persons referred to in Article 3 of the Law to communicate information on serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses provided for in Article 2 of the Law that they may have obtained in an occupational or professional context; and on the other hand, to protect these persons against possible reprisals.
